When initial military efforts are foiled, Lieutenant Colonel Falkes from high security bureau PAETL (Protection Against Extra Terrestrial Life) calls upon the global effort of civilians in a fight for our Planet.  In an event like no other, your regular Joe on the street get's the opportunity to save the world, with fireworks.
